Oh dear God, you can do MUCH better than PageMill. PageMill was wonderful
in that it was the first real WYSIWYG web editor but it really doesn't hold
a candle to tools such as Dreamweaver and HomeSite/BBEdit (Windows/Mac).

I don't think that applies to end users, does it? The GIF licensing fees
are usually paid by developers. Of course if you're using the Gimp then,
well, you might be in trouble :).
