Well I doubt you will be able to get a /24 (class C) from ARIN to do what
you want to do. Whoever ownes the T1 most likey has routable address's.
Hopefully they have one left. They should be able to get give you an IP
address for your box. Then all you need to do is something called
soft-virtuals with your apache web server. The up shot of using soft-virts
is that you don't have to give an IP address for each domain name. Do a
search for soft-virtuals and you should find some good docs. I believe
linuxberg.com as well as LDP (linux documentation project) as some good
howto's on the subject.
