[lug-nuts] apache on cobalt RAQ

I am working on a Cobalt RAQ. Bottom line is I want to install
a newer version of apache. The header, library, bin, sbin files are
all in system directories. I was thinking of just installing apache
in /usr/local/bin and changing the init script so it starts the
/usr/local one instead.

One thing I am wondering, when you issue apachectl start, how does
it know where to go to find the httpd.conf file? Is it embedded in
the httpd?
