I just use the access.db file in sendmail to block anyone who has spammed
us. Granted, I work for an ISP so it is easy to control the mail server.

I've heard decent things about ORBS, but stay away from MAPS RBL. They
have their own personal agenda. We've had a run in recently. We had a
customer who was selling mailing list software, which if used improperly
could be used for spamming. They first tried to make us cancel him, then
they threatened to add our entire network to the RBL when we wouldn't
illegally break the customers contract. To top it off, they tried to have
our backbone shut off by our upstream provider.

We told the customer and he moved the site elswhere. But I have a special
place in my heart for the wonderful people who run MAPS RBL and
spamhaus.org.
