I compiled it, and it made it all the way through, but it faileed
on the
scripts/install_db (whatever the name is exactly)

when it tried to create one of the mysql tables. Then script indicated
then that I could start mysql and prompt it not to read that table. I
started it without the table, but it quickly seg faulted. So anyway,
I found an rpm of

3.22.21

on the cobablt ftp archive. It installed correctly and appears to work.
I will have to take a look around for that readme.
